Times:

Doors at 3:30 and the show will start at 4pm. We would expect the show to finish at/by 7pm.

The Show:

We take great pride in our shows being suitable for all ages and a great way for a family to spend time together. Please note all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Disabled Access:

We are pleased to offer Disabled fans tickets which also allow for one carer to be present. If you haven’t been to one of our shows before, could you please let us know if you are a wheelchair user or if there is anyway we can make your experience more enjoyable. The venue is Wheelchair accessible via a ramp which will be fitted onto the main entrance. There is a disabled toilet which is accessible via the main hall, where the show will take place!

Food / Drink:

There is a fully licensed Bar in Portland House, which joins onto the main hall, serving a variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

Car Parking & Public Transport:

Street parking is available in limited amounts on and around Bute Street. There is also a 380 space, two-level Car Park opposite Mermaid Quay (entrance is via Stuart Street) which is a few minutes walk away from Portland House.

The nearest Train Station is Cardiff Bay, which is only a minute or so walk from the venue! There are also a number of bus services that cover Cardiff Bay.
